    My big sister Margaret got married to Sony (Sye) Wilson and they lived at number 10. When Soney was working away I would go and stay with Margie I was about 8 and it was a lovely time and place.

    in 1894, John Edward Buckley shows as a Saddler in 10 Willis Square (Liverpool Trade Directory). 1894 was the year of the emigration of John and his family to New York/New Jersey... where he conitnued to work in the leather trade.

    In 1881 6 Willis Square, Everton was occupied by Robert Houston - a Warehouse Foreman- and his wife Mary Fulton - both from Whithorn in Wigtownshire, Scotland- and their Daughter Mary born in Everton. The family moved to Erskine in Renfrewshire, Scotland late 1881/early 1882 where Robert became a Foreman Roadman for the County Council..
